We want to be as flexible as possible but there are a few things we'd like you to be aware of Our abilty to groom your dog is on the assumption that your dog is willing to be groomed. Should your dog display exceptional objection to being groomed we would never unduly stress any animal in our care and therefore may not be able to complete the service required.  Should this be the case we will notify you as soon as possible and discuss with you in full on collection. We are unable to offer a boarding service so please ensure you are able to collect your dog within the arranged timescale arranged at time of booking or drop off. We do not accept payments by credit or debit card - please ensure you are able to pay by cash or cheque supported by a valid cheque guarantee card. In the event of a need to cancel or change an appointment, we ask that 24 hours notice is given by phone - failure to do so may incur an additional charge according to the time set aside for the original appointment.
